NEW WORSHIP FRIDAY: Thrive Worship & LEELAND, Village Lights and Vineyard Kids
Show Me Your Ways
Written by Thrive Worship and LEELAND, “Show Me Your Ways” is a sung prayer of surrender. The new single was inspired by the idea that the deepest walk we can have with God isn’t the experience of His power or works, but the experience of His ways. With “Show Me Your Ways,” Thrive Worship and LEELAND call the Church to remembrance and surrender of our plans and ways in response. The hope for this new song is that it becomes a heart cry for the people of God to align with the heart of God.
Worthy Of It All
Village Lights continues releasing live communal version of beloved songs, in which they’ve been exploring new versions of their own songs, as well as modern Church classics. Their new single falls in this category as they unveil their take on David Brymer’s “Worthy Of It All.” The trio have experienced meaningful times of ministry with this song. It is one that reflects their multicultural essence as it joins people from every tribe, nation, and tongue in giving glory to God. Inspired by Revelation 4, “Worthy Of It All” draws the Church into the awe of God, a call that is close to Village Lights’ heart. They hope this version further helps lead the Church in worshipful reverence.
The Sound
“The Sound” is a brand-new EP from Vineyard Kids. Three original songs plus fun remixes, featuring Vineyard Kids’ own Katy Carnohan and rapper Luke Anderson. This project is full of energetic praise songs for kids with flavors of pop, hip-hop, EDM, and country. “The Sound” is an echo of heaven's words over this generation; it is filled with the sound of love, identity, and goodness being sung over them and calling them to holiness. Vineyard Worship hope that these songs will empower kids to rise up and let the sound of love be louder than the dark voices in our world.
