INFORMATION REGARDING LIVE STREAMING FOR UK CHURCHES

If your church is live streaming its services including the use of music then we recommend that you obtain the
Church Streaming License (CSL) or Church Streaming Plus License (CS+L) from CCLI if you also intend using master recordings. In addition we recommend that you obtain the Limited Online Music License (LOML) from PRS.
Together these licenses will cover you for all aspects of copyright in live streaming including the embedding/display of lyrics.

YouTube and Facebook Live

If you are using either YouTube or Facebook Live for live streaming then you are covered for the use of music by existing agreements that these services have with the Performing Rights Society (PRS) but these agreements do NOT cover the embedding/display of lyrics or the use of master recordings.

Please note that other services such as Skype and Zoom do not have agreements in place for live streaming so if you are live streaming via these or from your own website you will need the CCLI CSL (or CS+L) and PRS LOML licenses.

If you wish to use our master recordings in your streamed services and do not have the CCLI Church Streaming Plus License, or you require permission for the use of lyrics to our songs, then please contact us on LicensingUK@integritymusic.com
