NEW WORSHIP FRIDAY: William McDowell, Citizens, Still Worship & Outbreakband

The Promise

William McDowell releases a special 3-track deluxe single titled “The Promise.” Starting with a passionate exhortation, the new single is more than a new song for the Church but a call to surrender to a fresh move of God straight from McDowell’s pastoral heart. Filled with Scripture and fervor, the introductory track leads into “The Promise” on which worship leaders Nicole Binion and Dunsin Oyekan feature. The new song captures a collection of voices that blend masterfully. This release is a call to repentance motivated by the depth of God’s love, an intense experience through which McDowell seeks to inspire the Church to allow the ushering in of a new revival. “The Promise” approaches profound themes and the history of the Biblical text to create an experience for listeners beyond the deluxe single. Following on, the third track is a spontaneous reprise flowing from the energy of the song. With “The Promise,” McDowell shares the charismatic essence of his life’s calling in hopes to share his passion with followers of Jesus around the world.

to know you (acoustic)

Unveiling a new addition to their acoustic series with “to know you,” Citizens reinforce the message at the core of their latest album that life is a cycle of continuous discovery that keeps us humble and hopeful, curious and faithful. The song explores the complexity and ever-evolving story of being human, in which we all share the common thread of mystery and redemption. “The more we take the time to get to know one another, the more we learn about God, and consequently the more we learn about ourselves,” says lead singer Zach Bolen. With this new acoustic single, Citizens inspire us that to know God more is to be present as image-bearers to the world around us.

Guitar Vol. 1

Integrity Music presents the guitar wing of its instrumental series under the banner of Still Worship. Featuring Nashville-based multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer, and arranger Lee Holland, “Guitar Volume One” highlights Holland’s ability for diverse expression, intricate textures, and audio mixing to offer a fresh take on some of the most classic worship songs of our times. Holland has arranged solo guitar music for CCM musician Josh Wilson and produced numerous indie projects in Nashville while maintaining a career as a studio and touring musician. With “Guitar Volume One,” he invites listeners to soak in a soundscape that offers focus, musical enjoyment, and relaxation.

Jesus (Deluxe)

German band Outbreakband releases a deluxe version of their statement album “Jesus.” The new project includes their recent acoustic recordings, including a previously unreleased song, “Der Ausweg.” The album was originally created with both the Church and the community in mind, crafting songs intended for worship as well as people simply looking for a chilled-out soundtrack. The addition of the acoustic tracks helps enhance the latter aspect. “Jesus” offers a variety of genres from acoustic and classic worship tracks, genuine moments captured live, and 80's vibes to progressive dance sounds. Outbreakband have significantly inspired a new enthusiasm in the German youth’s worship as they infuse new creativity and musical inspiration in the national worship sphere with an overall pop rock influence and progressive sounds, establishing themselves across congregations and ages.
