NEW WORSHIP FRIDAY: David & Nicole Binion, KE'ERRON & homage

Jubilation

You’re All I’m After

Ke’Erron releases a second single featuring Leeland called “You’re All I’m After.” The chilled worshipful soundscape makes space to consider God’s ultimate worth, and worship him in response. This song was written in the midst of health challenges which deepened Ke’Erron’s conviction that his life was worth more at the feet of Jesus than by spending it on his own, no matter what situation he found himself in:

“My joy and tears are praise,” he affirmed, “I can give God something here on earth than I won’t be able to give him in heaven; there are no tears, no pain in heaven.”

The heartbeat of “You’re All I’m After” is that God is engaged and involved. “His presence makes us better, even if the situation isn’t better,” he said.

With this new song, Ke’Erron shares that his faith is alive, encouraging the Church to join in hopeful worship of our worthy God.

i worship you almight god

Homage releases “i worship you almighty god,” a reimagined version of Sondra Corbett Wood’s prominent church song. This recording has no edits, tuning, or quantizing; just the pure expression of human souls. It was built on love and respect for childhood worship songs as the producer, Fez, collaborated with Joseph Oyelade and Akin Amusan.

“I think this project has the potential to bridge generational gaps. How wonderful would it be for grandparents, parents, and children to commune about a song and share those stories of different impacts with each other.”

While preserving the core melody and depth of the tune, Homage hopes it will continue to be enjoyed for generations to come.
